Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by sending your order number through the contact form.

Cards must come back in the same condition they shipped in, including the original sleeve and holder. Every card is scanned before it ships, so condition on arrival is easy to verify on both sides.

Buyers cover return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method once the card arrives back and is checked, usually within 2 business days.

Arrived damaged or not as described? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will refund or replace it, including shipping, no return required in most cases.
