Privacy

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, shipping address, and the items you bought. We never see or store your card number; payment details go directly to Stripe.
• Account: your email and a password hash if you create an account, plus your order history.
• Messages: what you send through the contact, buylist, and 3D-printing quote forms, including the name, email, and phone number you enter.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you join the new-arrivals list.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. Form endpoints keep a short-lived, hashed record of request counts per IP to stop abuse.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, answer your messages, send order and shipping emails, send new-arrival emails to people who asked for them, and keep the store secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Supabase hosts our database and account logins.
• Netlify hosts the website.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and our label provider receive your name and address to deliver your order.
• eBay, for purchases made through our eBay store, under eBay's own privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Messages are kept until resolved and then for up to one year. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from new-arrival emails using the link in any email or by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. Order records needed for tax and accounting may be retained after a deletion request.
